# Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeno peppers, and garlic powder. Stir until thoroughly blended.
- Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture into the center of the wrapper. Lightly moisten the edges with water.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then bring in the right and left corners. Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing all edges to fully enclose the filling.
- In a deep pot or fryer, heat 2 to 3 inches of vegetable or canola oil to 350°F.
- Carefully add 2 to 3 egg rolls at a time to the hot oil. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Monitor oil temperature and fry in batches as needed.
- Transfer fried egg rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the egg rolls hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
