03 - 1/4 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces such as mini M&M’s

06 - 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
07 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
# Instructions:
01 - Add oats, chocolate chips, candy-coated chocolate pieces, chia seeds if using, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to distribute evenly.
02 - Stir together peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a separate bowl until smooth and homogeneous.
03 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well using a spatula or hands until fully integrated.
04 - Scoop out portions approximately one tablespoon in size and roll each into a compact ball.
05 - Place balls onto a parchment-lined baking tray. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to set.
